Message	I measure my piston to wall clearance and they were way out of specs . That is why I was getting piston slap when cold , look at my piston side skirts. My rod bearing mostly went because it was too tight. The rest of my rod bearing looked flawless. I was still getting the same compression on the melted pistons versus the good pistons. I would not have known my pistons were like this if I didn't pull the motor for the rod bearing.
